Jason offers a free initial consultation to discuss the client’s fitness goals and current fitness status. Currently, only private, one-to-one personal training is offered. Due to overwhelming demand for private training, no couples or group sessions are offered at this time.

Nutrition Consulting

Jason holds a certification in sports nutrition from the International Society of Sports Nutrition (ISSN). He has been providing expert nutrition and supplementation plans designed for the individual client and their specific fitness goals for nearly 30 years. During your nutrition consultation, Jason will discuss your individual goals, current dietary habits, food preferences, and dietary restrictions with you to develop a nutrition and supplementation plan that will allow optimal results from your training sessions. If you decide to move forward with the nutrition plan, a caliper body fat analysis will be done. Regular check-ins, including repeat body fat analyses, are recommended to reassess the nutrition plan and adjust as needed. The nutrition plan is highly recommended to personal training clients in order to maximize their workout results, but is not required. Likewise, nutrition consulting is offered, as Jason’s schedule allows, to those who are not current training clients.
